This page supplements the SiteEngine Terms of Service, User Agreement, Privacy Notice, Privacy Notice Addendum, Data Processing Addendum, Data Request Policy, Copyright / DMCA Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Anti-SPAM Policy, Domain Name Dispute Policy, and other applicable SiteEngine terms and policies.
1. Submit a Request
You may use the form below to submit a records request, complaint, abuse report, privacy request, copyright notice, security report, legal request, or other related request.
Please choose the request category that best matches your issue, such as Records Request, Complaints, or Report Abuse. Providing the correct category helps SiteEngine route and review the request more efficiently.
2. Records Requests
Use the Records Request option for requests involving account records, billing records, support records, domain records, DNS records, hosting records, consent records, privacy records, security logs, legal process, subpoenas, preservation requests, law-enforcement requests, or other records maintained by SiteEngine.
Records requests should include the affected account, domain, website, invoice, support ticket, date range, legal authority if applicable, and a clear description of the records requested.
SiteEngine may require identity verification, account verification, authority verification, valid legal process, or additional information before disclosing records.
Records requests are also governed by the SiteEngine Data Request Policy.
3. Complaints
Use the Complaints option for concerns involving website content, service issues, billing issues, customer conduct, intellectual-property concerns, privacy concerns, domain concerns, support issues, or other disputes that do not involve an immediate security or abuse threat.
Complaints should include the affected domain, URL, account, service, invoice, support ticket, or communication, along with a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation.
SiteEngine may review complaints and may request additional information before taking action.
SiteEngine does not adjudicate private disputes between third parties, business partners, employees, contractors, domain owners, agencies, vendors, copyright owners, trademark owners, or website visitors. Where appropriate, SiteEngine may direct parties to legal process, registrar procedures, platform procedures, or the applicable customer.
4. Report Abuse
Use the Report Abuse option for phishing, malware, spam, credential theft, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access, abusive content, unlawful content, security issues, compromised websites, or other activity that may violate SiteEngine policies.
Abuse reports should include the affected URL, domain, IP address if known, screenshots, message headers where applicable, timestamps, logs, and a description of the issue.
You may also report abuse by emailing abuse@siteengine.io.
SiteEngine may investigate abuse reports under the Acceptable Use Policy, Anti-SPAM Policy, Email and Messaging Terms, Copyright / DMCA Policy, Domain Name Dispute Policy, or other applicable policies.
5. Support Requests
For ordinary customer support, billing questions, hosting issues, website issues, project questions, domain assistance, or service requests, contact SiteEngine support.
Support: support@siteengine.io
Phone: (850) 368-9833
Support requests may require verification that the requester is an account owner, authorized contact, billing contact, domain registrant, or otherwise authorized to act for the affected account or service.

Legal notices to SiteEngine should be sent to:
SiteEngine Web Services LLC
Attn: Legal Department
931 Claeven Circle
Ft. Walton Bch., FL 32541
Okaloosa County
United States
Legal: legal@siteengine.io
Email notice alone may not be sufficient for all legal purposes. If a contract, law, court rule, or legal process requires a specific form of notice, you are responsible for using the required method.
7. Privacy Requests
Privacy requests may include requests to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing where applicable law provides those rights.
Privacy requests may be submitted through the form above or by emailing privacy@siteengine.io.
SiteEngine may need to verify identity, account relationship, and authority before responding to a privacy request.
If a privacy request relates to personal information controlled by a SiteEngine customer, SiteEngine may refer the request to the applicable customer or process the request according to the customer’s documented instructions.
8. Copyright / DMCA Notices
Copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should be submitted according to the SiteEngine Copyright / DMCA Policy.
DMCA notices may be submitted through the form above, by emailing dmca@siteengine.io, or by mailing SiteEngine’s DMCA agent:
SiteEngine Web Services LLC
Attn: DMCA Agent
931 Claeven Circle
Ft. Walton Bch., FL 32541
Okaloosa County
United States
A DMCA notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material, provide information reasonably sufficient for SiteEngine to locate the material, include your contact information, include required good-faith and accuracy statements, and include your physical or electronic signature.
9. Trademark and Intellectual-Property Complaints
Trademark, trade name, impersonation, counterfeit, right-of-publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property complaints may be submitted through the form above or by emailing legal@siteengine.io.
Please include the affected URL, domain, content, trademark or right at issue, ownership documentation, registration information if available, and a clear explanation of the requested action.
SiteEngine may request additional documentation before acting on intellectual-property complaints.
10. Domain Disputes
Domain ownership, transfer, DNS, registrant, trademark, business, contractor, employment, agency, or authority disputes are governed by the SiteEngine Domain Registration and Domain Management Agreement, Domain Registration Services Addendum, and Domain Name Dispute Policy.
SiteEngine does not adjudicate private domain ownership disputes.
If domain authority is unclear or disputed, SiteEngine may freeze, restrict, suspend, or refuse changes to the affected domain, DNS zone, account, authorization code, nameservers, transfer lock, or related services until the dispute is resolved through appropriate documentation, registrar procedure, registry procedure, ICANN policy, UDRP, URS, court order, settlement agreement, or other reliable authority.
11. Law Enforcement and Government Requests
Law enforcement, government agencies, regulators, and other public authorities should submit requests through the form above or by emailing legal@siteengine.io.
Requests should include valid legal process, agency contact information, legal authority, scope, affected account or domain, requested records, relevant date range, and any preservation request.
SiteEngine may require formal legal process before disclosing non-public customer data, account data, logs, billing records, hosting records, domain records, or other protected information.
SiteEngine may notify affected customers or account contacts unless prohibited by law or where notice would create security, fraud, abuse, safety, or legal risk.
12. Preservation Requests
SiteEngine may preserve available records in response to valid preservation requests, legal process, security incidents, abuse reports, payment disputes, chargebacks, domain disputes, privacy requests, litigation holds, or other legitimate business needs.
Preservation does not guarantee that all requested data exists, is recoverable, or will be produced.
Preserved data may be deleted after the preservation period expires unless SiteEngine receives valid legal process or another lawful basis for continued preservation.
13. Emergency Requests
Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm should clearly state Emergency Request in the request description or email subject line.
Emergency requests should include the nature of the emergency, affected person or account, requested action, legal authority if applicable, agency or requester contact information, and supporting facts.
SiteEngine may evaluate emergency requests in good faith and may disclose limited information where permitted by law and where SiteEngine believes disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
14. Security Reports
Security reports involving vulnerabilities, compromised websites, exposed credentials, malware, phishing, unauthorized access, spam abuse, suspicious DNS activity, or infrastructure risk should be submitted through the Report Abuse option or emailed to abuse@siteengine.io.
Security reports should include affected URLs, domains, IP addresses, timestamps, steps to reproduce where applicable, screenshots, logs, message headers, and any other relevant technical detail.
Do not exploit, exfiltrate, alter, delete, disrupt, or publicly disclose vulnerabilities or data. Unauthorized testing or exploitation may violate the SiteEngine Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
15. Required Verification
SiteEngine may require verification before responding to a request, disclosing information, taking action, or providing records.
Verification may include account ownership verification, domain ownership verification, identity verification, business authority verification, payment verification, legal authority verification, or other proof appropriate to the request.
If SiteEngine cannot verify identity or authority, SiteEngine may deny the request or request additional information.
16. Information to Include

17. Response Timing
SiteEngine will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to requests within a reasonable time.
Response timing may depend on the request type, applicable legal requirements, verification needs, scope, technical complexity, data availability, customer involvement, legal review, and whether additional information is required.
Privacy requests governed by specific privacy laws will be handled according to applicable legal timelines where those laws apply.
18. Requests We May Decline
SiteEngine may decline, narrow, delay, or request clarification for requests that are fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing, retaliatory, duplicative, technically infeasible, overbroad, unsupported, unverifiable, unlawful, unrelated to the requester, inconsistent with customer rights, or likely to create security, privacy, legal, or operational risk.
SiteEngine may also decline to provide internal security procedures, internal notes, proprietary tools, internal communications, source code, private credentials, unrelated customer data, unrelated logs, privileged legal communications, or information that would compromise security or privacy.
19. Fees
Data exports, log retrieval, backup restoration, consent-record exports, forensic review, historical reconstruction, custom reports, database searches, legal review, or extensive manual review may be billable unless prohibited by applicable law or covered by a signed agreement.
SiteEngine may provide an estimate or require payment before performing substantial data-retrieval or review work.
20. Confidentiality and Notice
SiteEngine may notify affected customers, account owners, domain registrants, or authorized contacts about requests involving their accounts, websites, domains, services, or data unless prohibited by law or where notice would create security, fraud, abuse, safety, or legal risk.
Requesters should not assume that a request will remain confidential unless confidentiality is required by law or agreed by SiteEngine in writing.
21. Misuse of Request Process
Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith requests may result in denial of the request, account restrictions, service suspension, refusal of service, or legal action.
SiteEngine may reject or disregard requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, unverifiable, overbroad, retaliatory, or submitted in bad faith.
22. No Legal Advice
SiteEngine does not provide legal advice regarding subpoenas, records requests, privacy requests, abuse reports, copyright notices, domain disputes, law-enforcement requests, data retention, or legal obligations.
